The use of plastic materials has become an integral part of daily life. But, besides the advantages of being practical and economic, it also creates enormous environmental problems due to the difficulties involved in disposal of plastic waste. This huge environmental problem has been brilliantly solved by General Trading S.p.A. thanks to its regeneration process enabling complete recycling of the product.
With the coming into force of the DL. 22/97 (Ronchi decree) and having received the authorisation from the different authorities appointed to collect the plastic materials, General Trading S.p.A. began to collect plastic material (polyethylene) from those companies which had the problem of disposing of this waste, classified as special recoverable waste.
General Trading S.p.A. collects the following material:
- machining waste;
- waste from packaging;
- all items in polyethylene in PELD-PEHD, clean in sheets and pellets.
